1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by sa138 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sa138.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have created. Continued use of sa138 services following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the sa138 Platform, which allows access to our services and games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by sa138 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their sa138 Account through approved payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, slot machine, togel (Indonesian lottery), or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and address verification required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Platform" means the sa138 website located at https://sa138.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's sa138 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet, subject to verification and processing requirements.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use sa138 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. sa138 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
2. Geographic Requirement: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. We employ geo-location technology to verify compliance with this requirement.
3. Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally incapacitated or under any legal disability that would prevent you from understanding or agreeing to these Terms.
4. Single Account: You may maintain only one Account with sa138. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. Excluded Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of sa138 or any game provider supplying content to the Platform. Family members of such persons are also excluded from registering Accounts.
6. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities on sa138 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must respect the exclusion period in full.

4. Account Registration

Registration of an Account with sa138 is free of charge and voluntary. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your identification documents, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. If any information you provide changes, you must update your Account details immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to notify sa138 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. sa138 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. You must verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation message. Your Account may have limited functionality until email verification is completed. All communications from sa138, including promotional offers, withdrawal confirmations, and important notices, will be sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to maintain a functioning email account and ensure our messages are not blocked by spam filters.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sa138 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your sa138 Account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of such funds. sa138 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment methods or accounts not registered in your name. Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or funds derived from illegal activities will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching the name on your sa138 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 2 to 24 hours for verified Accounts during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). VIP Silver members receive priority processing with average completion times under 1 hour, and VIP Gold members receive instant approval. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah) may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process.

Before processing a withdrawal, sa138 may require you to complete KYC verification, including submission of identity documents and proof of address. You may also be required to wager your deposit amount at least one time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Detailed bonus terms are provided with each promotional offer.

sa138 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges beyond our control. We reserve the right to deduct administrative fees from withdrawal amounts in cases of excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 withdrawals per day) or suspected abuse.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

sa138 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to abide by the applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require wagering requirements to be met before associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "10x wagering requirement" means you must wager the bonus amount plus deposit amount ten times before withdrawal eligibility). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20% per bet.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: placing bets with minimal risk to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), collusion with other players, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, exploiting software bugs or game errors to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity deemed by sa138 to constitute unfair play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent Account termination.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. sa138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from participating in bonuses or promotions at our sole discretion, including Users with a history of bonus abuse or violation of Terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the sa138 Platform operate under clearly defined rules, which are accessible within each game's information section. You are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables, and bet limits of any game before placing real-money wagers. sa138 makes no warranty regarding your ability to win any particular amount or that any game will produce specific outcomes.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in secure studios. RNG systems undergo regular third-party audits to ensure fairness and randomness. We do not manipulate game outcomes, alter odds, or interfere with the integrity of any game offered on the Platform.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events, settlement rules are detailed in our sports betting terms. We reserve the right to void bets if we have reasonable grounds to believe the event or outcome has been manipulated or if a participant has engaged in match-fixing or other corrupt activities.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Concepts such as slot gacor (hot slots) represent player perceptions of variance and do not guarantee winning outcomes. Each game round is independent, and the Platform does not "owe" you wins based on previous losses.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith, or any other form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds from illegal activities, making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering regulations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantages, sharing information about cards in poker games, forming betting syndicates without authorization, or any form of cheating that involves multiple parties.
• Technical Abuse: Exploiting software bugs, using automated betting bots or scripts, employing device manipulation or VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any technical means to gain unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, selling or transferring your Account to third parties, or maintaining multiple Accounts.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing or threatening sa138 staff or other Users, using offensive language in chat functions, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts the Platform's operation or other Users' experience.

Users engaged in prohibited activities will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance including deposits and winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigations.

9. Limitations of Liability

sa138 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sa138 disclaims all warranties including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

sa138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of deposits, loss of profits, or loss of data. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether sa138 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, including server downtime, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, corrupted data, or any Force Majeure event beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game rounds and bets will be void, and deposited amounts will be refunded. Malfunctions do not entitle Users to compensation beyond the return of their specific bet amounts.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to hold sa138 harmless from any gambling-related losses. Our maximum aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

sa138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms or any other sa138 policy, providing false or misleading information, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, creating multiple Accounts, evidence of collusion or cheating, failure to complete KYC verification when requested, prolonged Account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months), or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use poses risk to the Platform or other Users.

Upon Account termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. If termination results from violation of these Terms, any remaining Account balance including deposits and winnings may be forfeited. If termination occurs due to our business decision without fault on your part, any remaining balance derived from legitimate deposits and gameplay will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and settle all outstanding bets. Voluntary Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before closure, including pending wagering requirements or outstanding financial obligations.

Dormant Accounts (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the Account balance. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and place a deposit or bet.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration principles and the laws applicable to international online gaming operators. Given the international nature of online gaming and the complexity of Indonesian gambling legislation, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than Indonesian courts.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of sa138 services, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by a neutral international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Before initiating formal arbitration proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting sa138 customer support. Most disputes can be resolved amicably through our customer service channels. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sa138. All disputes must be brought individually. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
